The Fervo Group companies Fsi, Eco2zone, Vme and Omnireal have obtained this significant DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) achievement, thus confirming the extent of their commitment to an inclusive and sustainable corporate culture.
Indeed, in recognition of its protection and valuing of diversity and its inclusive and fair work environment, the Fervo Group has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification,
Inclusion, diversity and fairness are key values enshrined into the Fervo corporate culture and strategy, with several initiatives addressing welfare and work-life balance. This achievement is consistent with the UN’s 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, which the facility & energy management group pursues within the context of social responsibility.
The certification was conferred by Quaser Certificazioni S.r.l., which performed an audit and evaluation process focusing on six macro-areas:
- Culture and strategy;
- Governance;
- HR processes;
- Women’s opportunities for growth and inclusion in the company;
- Gender pay equity;
- Parenthood and work-life balance.
The certification process has involved several departments coordinated by the Steering Committee, which was established to ensure a previously-defined Gender Equality Policy was maintained and monitored, and that a strategic action plan was drawn up.
This certification is a vital starting point, as the Fervo Group wishes to boost its commitment to high standards, diversity and to reducing gender gaps by undertaking further improvement actions for the benefit of its people, the Group’s main resource and strength.
