Fervo Wins “Best Managed Companies Award” for Fourth Consecutive Year

The FERVO Group is among the winners (for the fourth consecutive year) of the seventh edition of the Best Managed Companies Award. This is an award reserved for Italian entrepreneurial excellence promoted by Deloitte Private in cooperation with ELITE-Euronext GroupPiccola Industria Confindustria, with the methodological and strategic support of the ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.

“It is with great pride and satisfaction that we have received Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies award for the fourth consecutive year,” said Alessandro Belloni, CEO of the Fervo Group. “We are continuing along our sustainable growth path with projects and initiatives supporting our customers in the Real Estate green transition. Our business, organisational and governance models have evolved, so that we can be prepared for the challenges posed by a constantly changing context. All this would not be possible without the commitment and dedication of our people, the true heroes of our mission.”

According to Ernesto LanzilloDeloitte Partner and  Private Leader in the Central Mediterranean  (Italy, Greece and Malta), “this seventh edition testifies to the excellent entrepreneurial skills in our country: We have analysed the parameters relevant for the Award - which are vital for corporate management - and have given awards to 67 companies at the cutting edge of our country’s production sector.”

“In addition to a solid base of award-winning companies already part of this multi-year growth path, as this award recognises virtuous business management over time, new high-profile companies have joined this group,” Mr Lanzillo added, saying in conclusion that “more than one fifth of the awardee companies joined the programme this year thanks to their sound and ambitious management.”

For his part, Deloitte partner Andrea Restelli, the head of the Best Managed Companies programme in Italy, made the following comments: “We believe the evaluation parameters designed and adopted by Deloitte experts and by the jury - and which led to these 67 Italian companies receiving awards for their managerial skills - are vital for companies operating in a complex scenario such as the current one.”

“In a historical phase in which new technologies are shaping new horizons and new business opportunities, organisations need to have a leadership prepared for and attentive to these new trends, as well as the know-how to adapt and shape their structure according to new priorities,” Mr Restelli added.
