BayWa r.e. Power Solutions, headquartered in Verona, specializes in the development and delivery of rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions, and integrated energy infrastructures for industrial clients, utilities, and IPPs.

Established in 2020, the company has quickly become a recognized EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) provider in the Italian renewable energy market, with over 120 MWp installed for major national and international clients.

Since April 29, 2026, the company has been part of the Fervo Group.

Rooftop photovoltaic systems

From the initial site and roof assessment through custom system design, installation, and commissioning. Upon request, we also provide O&M (Operations & Maintenance) services to ensure efficient and reliable long-term performance.

Ground-mounted photovoltaic systems

Ground-mounted photovoltaic systems represent an efficient solution for enhancing unused or underutilized land, transforming it into renewable energy generation sites. We provide a comprehensive service, from initial consulting through to maintenance and operational management.

Solar carports

We install solar carports for parking areas, creating a synergy between vehicle protection and renewable energy generation (also in combination with existing photovoltaic systems). The energy produced can even power electric vehicle charging stations, making the infrastructure more efficient, sustainable, and aligned with the future of mobility.

Energy storage systems

We develop large-scale stationary energy storage systems to support a stable and flexible energy system, essential for ensuring a constant and reliable energy supply.

Direct investment

With direct investment, you become the owner of your photovoltaic system and can achieve greater energy independence. It is a solid, secure pathway focused on sustainability and supporting your company’s long-term growth.

Operating lease

With an operating lease, you can generate your own green energy without any upfront investment, paying a simple monthly fee. At the end of the contract, you can choose to renew the lease or purchase the system.
