FSI supported by HI CrescItalia PMI Fund for its growth and development project with a direct lending operation of 3 million Euros.
Milan, 28 July 2021 – FSI S.r.l., a facility management company, is pleased to announce that it has successfully concluded a direct lending operation with Hedge Invest SGR S.p.A.,through the private debt fund HI CrescItalia PMI Fund, with financial advice by Susanna Fanelli, Partner of YOURgroup – yourCFO Division.
The 3 million Euro fixed rate senior unsecured loan with a duration of 5 years, including a pre-amortisation period, is aimed at supporting FSI's acquisition plan with the aim of expanding the range of services for customers and making it more comprehensive.

Rocco Ruggiero, Chairman & COO of FSI, added: "We intend to integrate the acquisitions with entry of the Group of operating companies also in the plant/construction sector with a view to setting up a new and even more structured internal division, which will deal with General Contracting. We also intend to open other operational offices in Italy, starting from the North East."
