Fervo strengthens its Technical Services offering: GILC Impianti joins the operating network

Fervo, a company specializing in technical and energy services for the management and efficiency enhancement of infrastructure and real estate portfolios, is strengthening its core Technical Services business with GILC Impianti joining its operating network, significantly expanding its know-how, field capabilities and customer base.

Established in 1963, with its legal and operational headquarters in Cernusco sul Naviglio (Milan) and a branch in Collegno (Turin), GILC Impianti specializes in the design, installation and maintenance of technological systems. Its expertise spans electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, data networks, fire protection systems and EV charging infrastructure. The company has 175 employees, including around 130 technicians and operational staff, generates approximately €20 million in revenue, and serves large corporations, utilities and public administrations.

“Technology is transforming field work, but it does not replace technicians: it enhances their capabilities,” says Rocco Ruggiero, COO of Fervo. “Data, artificial intelligence and remote support make interventions faster and more effective, but experience and technical expertise remain essential on site - and are increasingly difficult to find. With GILC, we are strengthening this operational capability and enhancing it through our augmented technician model.”

“GILC’s entry strengthens Fervo’s historic core business, Technical Services, and represents another important step in our growth journey,” comments Alessandro Belloni, CEO of Fervo. “Following the acquisition of BayWa r.e. Power Solutions last April, which strengthened our presence in the industrial photovoltaic sector, we are further enhancing our core business by expanding our expertise and operational footprint. This is fully aligned with our goal of building an increasingly integrated offering across technical services, energy and technology.”
