Fervo Wins the Best Managed Companies Award for the Sixth Consecutive Year

Written by FERVO | 02 Nov 2026

Fervo Group is among the 70 companies recognised in the ninth edition of the Best Managed Companies Award, Deloitte Private’s award celebrating excellence in Italian businesses and the Made in Italy brand. During the award ceremony held at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, Deloitte Private presented the award to the “Best Managed Companies” (BMC), in collaboration with ELITE – Euronext Group and Piccola Industria Confindustria, and with the methodological and strategic contribution of ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Having taken part in the BMC Award for the sixth time, Fervo Group has achieved Gold Company status with this win.

“We are proud to have received this recognition for the sixth consecutive year, confirming our collective commitment and the development strategy we have pursued,” said Alessandro Belloni, CEO of Fervo Group. “We continue to invest in solutions for Net Zero Carbon Real Estate, supporting our clients in their energy and digital transitions through the integration of innovative technologies and the expansion of industrial-scale photovoltaic systems. This is the goal that drives our growth journey, combining organic growth with M&A activities to broaden our expertise, strengthen our market position and deliver solutions that are increasingly aligned with a rapidly evolving market.”

“Operational excellence is a key component of our success, and one we strive to achieve every day through a constant commitment to improvement,” added Rocco Ruggiero, COO of Fervo Group. “We are currently undertaking a review of the operating model underpinning our core business, covering both field operations and central management and coordination processes, with a focus on creating synergies between technical expertise, digital solutions and AI. We firmly believe that awareness, determination and courage play a key role in turning long-term ambitions into tangible results.”

“For this ninth edition, we are presenting the award to 70 companies assessed by a team of Deloitte professionals together with a panel of experts, based on a set of criteria that have been established and refined over time. All the award-winning companies stand out for their outstanding management and leadership capabilities, as well as their financial strength, ability to maximise the value of their assets and investment in strategic areas such as digitalisation. Despite operating in an uncertain environment, digital transformation and innovation remain top priorities for BMCs as they seek to strengthen their business development and competitiveness,” said Andrea Restelli, Deloitte Partner and Head of the Best Managed Companies programme in Italy.

The performance of the award-winning companies was assessed by a jury comprising Marta Testi, Chief Executive Officer of ELITE, Euronext Group; Fabio Antoldi, Professor of Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore; and Elio Pisoni, President of the Small Business Committee of Confindustria Trento. The assessment was based on the following criteria: “Strategy”, “Skills and Innovation”, “Commitment and Corporate Culture”, “Governance and Performance Measurement”, “Corporate Social Responsibility”, “Internationalisation and Supply Chain”, as well as “Cybersecurity”.

“Companies’ perceptions of risk and uncertainty show that, while confident in their growth potential, they are operating in a highly volatile environment. BMCs are aware of their strengths, but also of the challenges ahead: instability, uncertainty, rising costs and their impact on margins and investment. Growth strategies will therefore need to focus on operational resilience and investment in human capital and technology, particularly in technological transformation processes driven by artificial intelligence, an area in which BMCs are keen to invest. BMCs must remain highly attentive to the external environment to ensure sustainable, long-term growth,” said Ernesto Lanzillo, Deloitte Partner and Deloitte Private Leader for the Central Mediterranean region (Italy, Greece and Malta).
