Beginnings and future challenges for the FERVO Group in the field of Facility Management

Written by CinziaFurlani | 15 Apr 2020

Our CEO, Alessandro Belloni, talked about the origins and future challenges of the FERVO Group in the April 2020 edition of the monthly magazine "Economy".

From the beginnings of the project in 2009 with the establishment of FSI, to its development in 2020 into a network of facility management companies with a wealth of skills and expertise. In 2014, the Group was joined by VME, a company specialising in the design and maintenance of green areas, urban planning and building renovation. VME partnered the company specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of systems (heating, cooling and security systems). In the same year Eco2zone, was founded, a start-up dedicated to providing energy efficient solutions and promoting the environmental sustainability of public and private buildings. Finally, Reclean, joined the Group in 2016, a cooperative business offering soft services in the field of facility management (cleaning, reception, concierge and watchman services).

Skills and expertise are central to our combined offer

As Alessandro Belloni pointed out: "The companies that make up the FERVO Group are all distinguished by their technical expertise; in every case, the workforce is highly specialised in their sector. The professionalism and experience of the workers, their problem solving capacity and flexibility, enable us to work as a strategic partner for our customers, and fully understand their needs and expectations.

Fervo is a rapidly growing business, with a constantly increasing turnover for the whole Group and a total of more than 500 employees. Alessandro Belloni went on to add: "We foresee and indeed are aiming for further growth in our business, which has seen a steady increase in turnover ever since the start. In addition to the commercial challenge, we also want to invest in future challenges, and innovation is one of these. We will soon be launching a pilot project that combines technology with the digitisation of processes and organisation systems. Our aim is to ensure people are right at the forefront of the process of providing facility management services, using support from the latest generation of technological tools."

Fervo's activities are driven by a desire to distinguish ourselves from our competitors, and to bring new ideas and changes to the static business of facility management, as well as pursuing the policy of environmental protection that we have embraced from the very start.
