The Fervo Group Acquires Over Company Business Unit

The Fervo Group, which operates in Facility & Energy Management with a focus on reducing the carbon footprint of buildings, has announced that it has recently acquired Over SpA’s business unit dedicated to energy remote control. This M&A operation came a few weeks after acquiring Ing. Ottonello Tomaso & C. Srl, a company operating in the plant engineering sector.

Thanks to this operation, the Fervo Group – which is present throughout Italy with its own offices – has acquired advanced technological assets that include data analysis and monitoring to optimise energy consumption and integrated systems for smart energy management. A further strategic element is Over’s customer base, who operate in high-value sectors such as banking and retail with 3,500 active installations. The broad wealth of experience and real-life applications constitutes a solid basis for the adoption of these innovative technologies, guaranteeing concrete and measurable results.

Looking at the other side of the equation, the operation is an important turning point for Over personnel, opening up new opportunities for professional growth within the Fervo Group, which is characterised by multi-disciplinarity and a multi-sectoral approach. Indeed, just a few days after the acquisition, Over’s digital team was already operational at the Fervo Group offices in Milan and Rome, being already engaged in expanding their technological solutions offering to sectors and channels that were not previously covered.
